- Canva. Not only do they offer a great free option but the premium account is worth every $$$. Canva allows you to create digital designs easily using templates or you can get creative and design your own. We aren’t kidding when we say you can create anything. Use this on your desktop or mobile.
- Online booking app. Not only does this make it easier to book clients, it also makes it easier for your accountant come year end. Lets get transparent, Vagaro is affordable but often glitches. This app is great if you run a business at home or work alone, but not great for a team. Mindbody is a great online booking system but is extremely expensive. Zenoti is a newer booking tool that is specific to the beauty industry, while we haven’t used it ourselves we’ve heard great things. It comes with a heavy price tag but a booking app made for us, might be worth it.
- Social media scheduling app. There are so many to choose from but no matter which you choose, your life will be made easier. We use Later, an app available on desktop and mobile. It’s easy to use and offers a great free option if you’re not wanting to invest. Let an app do all your posting for you!
- Productivity app. Create documents, spreadsheets and emails on the free and convenient G Suite. All you need is a Gmail account to access all these free resources. Use the free Google Drive to stay organized.
